This isn’t really possible. It is possible to create a semi-vacuum, but not a complete or absolute vacuum.  Is this perhaps a thought-experiment?

Lifechakan

chaka/chakra could imply a wheel, which can reasonably be associated with a dynamo.  Maybe there are physical dynamos in the human body.
