Milky Way
The Milky Way is the galaxy containing our solar system along with another 100-400 billion stars. It is a spiral galaxy that is part of a cluster of galaxies referred to as the the Laniakea Supercluster.
Thus both Karatas and our solar system, and the journey Beelzebub makes lie within the Milky Way.
